Returning your covers

To guarantee our service and quality, we now use covers for the transport of our confections. To extend the life of the covers as much as possible, we ask you to collect them in a box and send them back to us after reception.

Each cover with hanger therefore has a deposit of €15. Broken down, the cover has a €10 deposit and the hanger €5. This deposit will be credited upon return of the cover and hanger.

How do you return the covers?

You collect at least 10 covers in one box
Fill in the form below
Print off the email you receive and put it in the box with returned covers
Write clearly on the box that it concerns covers and hangers
We will send GLS to you to pick up the box, make sure it is ready
The processing time of the application is a maximum of 2 weeks
